How to Create a Mail Contact (Using Exchange Management Console)

  1. In the Exchange Management Console, expand the ‘Recipient Configuration’node, and then select the ‘Mail Contact’ node
  2. From the actions pane select ‘New Mail Contact’

  4. With ‘New contact’ selected, click ‘Next’

  6. Enter the required information. The alias will be used to identify the exchange object. Optionally, you may also specify the organisational unit where the group will be created
  7. Click ‘Next’

  9. Click ‘New’ to begin creating the mail contact
  10. MSExchange2010-CreateMailContact4
  11. Click ‘Finish’ to close the wizard
